SPONSOR A FOSTER — Food & Litter needed.
Here at PAWS Cat Rescue we pride ourselves in helping any feline in need, no matter age, sex or social standing. We believe all who come past our doors deserve a chance. Sometimes we take in semi-feral felines. Such cats need a lot of love, encouragement & time. They may stay with us for months & draw heavily on our funds, but are never put down unless a vet advises that it is in the cat's best interests. Most live with foster carers who become very devoted to them. However, volunteering can be a strain at times, it can be hard to provide constant needs of food & litter. As these cats come from the local streets, industrial areas and sometimes homes in our community, we are reaching out to the public to help us provide these necessities.
A special sponsorship scheme for these cats is one way of helping our volunteers with the essential work they do in rehabilitating these beautiful creatures, who otherwise would become a burden on society. We ask for your support whether it is a one off donation, temporary, or for the duration of a Foster’s stay in care. If you would like to sponsor a foster, please either send a private message, or an email with the name of the cat that you would like to sponsor.
:-) Thank you in advance~Carolyn

Gifts in Your Will to Paws Cat Rescue
If Cats have been an important part of yours or a loved one’s life. Or you care about the future of animal welfare.
Why not leave a lasting legacy by leaving funds, or property to Paws Cat Rescue in your Will.
For 9 years we have been quietly helping Cats in the southern suburbs of Perth. Paws Cat Rescue has a dream; To become a ‘Treatment/Rehabilitation Centre’ in WA’s south. We would very much like to never say “No” to another cat needing Respite, Rescue or Rehabilitation. Over the years, we have taken in hundreds of cats, and have Rehabilitated and Re-homed many. We provide all the necessary Vet work they need to support their ongoing health.
We are Committed to making sure Your Gift is Managed Well
Our current situation limits us, to only having Cats in Foster Care in Family homes. Your bequest would help us purchase an existing facility, or land to build one. This would help us to keep more cats alive through Rescue/Rehabilitation and Re-homing programs; helping us to aid the homeless Felines of the Community to lead healthier, fulfilling lives, free of starvation, disease and loneliness. We need to provide another centre in our Community for enriching the lives of these cats, as well as increase our holding capacity. We will need to construct separate treatment rooms, as well as recuperation wards to help with their recovery. We also have plans for an Adoption area, open to the public 7 days a week.
All of these costs, including running costs will have to be raised by us each year. We currently receive no government funding to operate any of our services, but with a facility we are optimistic that will change. At the moment we rely on the generosity of the general public to help care for our Fosters. Any bequests will be invested just as carefully as these donations.
Please consider leaving a Lasting Legacy to help Paws Cat Rescue in Your Will
A will makes your wishes clear, it gives you the opportunity to leave a lasting gift, in the form of a bequest to a cause close to your heart.
We would be grateful if after providing for loved ones, you could consider assisting Paws Cat Rescue with long term cat welfare in WA’s south via a bequest. With this help, and a Facility in place, we will also be able to provide care in the future, and re-home beloved cats who are left behind.
Please speak to us at Paws Cat Rescue, if you would like to include us in your will. *We recommend that you take advice from your legal advisor, Public Trustee or other professional Will maker whilst making your Will. Thank you for reading.
